These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tk339 ("tk339", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://tk339.io ("the Platform").

If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement.

To register and use the tk339 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the tk339 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tk339 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. tk339 bears no responsibility for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to protect your credentials.

Account Verification (KYC): tk339 may require you to provide documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence), proof of address, and screenshots of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, ultimately, account closure.

All sports bets placed on the tk339 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. The following general principles apply across all betting products on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: tk339 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has started, bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error, or bets placed on markets that have been suspended.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or if the odds at which the bet was placed were materially incorrect due to a manifest error.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tk339 Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

tk339's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their tk339 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

tk339 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tk339 will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the update notice.
